About us
I am a second generation small cleaning business owner/operator. I clean everything; houses, apartments, offices, move-out, new build and businesses. If the job is too big I call on trusted sub-contractors who I have worked with for years. FREE Bi-Weekly, Weekly, Bi-Monthly, Monthly and one time bids are available upon request via email or telephone. Rates are usually $20 per hour. Coupons and special promotions come out on occasion. Discounts are available to Bi-weekly clients, seniors and Veterans. I provide my customers personalized billing options. Generally, I leave an invoice and receive cash or check payment at the next cleaning. Some clients prefer online methods of payment which I am happy to set up with them. Businesses I bill on a monthly basis. One time cleanings I prefer same day cash payment for security and simplicity.

I have used this service every other week since Feb. 2014 and not once have they failed to come on the correct day or pre-arrange a rescheduled time that works for me. They use either my supplies, or theirs which are non-toxic and low VOC. I have had other cleaners that would move things around on the counters and shelves, but this is not done by Crystal and her crew. I know I will come home to a clean house with only a dirty microfiber mop pad to put through the wash and everything in its place.
Crystal and her crew are unfailingly pleasant and committed to a thorough job. When I discovered that dust was accumulating under some of my furniture I pointed it out, and it has been kept clean ever since. They are alert to the dust bag in my vacuum and let me know when it needs to be changed. (A prior cleaning service once removed the bag, did not tell me, and then proceeded to "vacuum" for two weeks before I discovered the vacuum had no bag.)
My only B score, for punctuality, is due to the way serve their customers. If a prior job runs later, they are delayed; if a job runs shorter, they arrive earlier. This is only very rarely an inconvenience for me. As I am flexible about this I have not insisted on firmer start times. If it was important to me I expect they would schedule me on a more predictable day.
