"Aden Roofing is reluctant to honor their warranty contracts. They cleaned and treated roof in 2012 with a 5 year year warranty.
When we called September 2014 to have him retreat problem areas, we were told that they didn't have a 5 year warranty, even though we have the signed contract specifying the 5 year period.  He said he would retreat the areas in April 2015. He didn't call or come in April . We called the company again and was told he would come in June.  
 
When we called again to set an appointment he was extremely rude and very unprofessional wanting to delay until September, which is unacceptable.

"Jimmy and his team worked exceptionally hard to complete the large job of painting and refinishing our deck. There were a lot of unforeseen problems with the existing material, and Jimmy worked tirelessly to make sure the job was completed to the highest of standards. He takes pride in his finished product and it definitely showed. I would hire Jimmy again in the future for additional work of this kind or another."

"We weren't that happy with the results. It was a few years ago, and the surface is still pretty much intact. He had to use a primer and deck paint, rather than stain, and the primer showed through in several places as bright white marks against the dark brown stain. He left the extra paint so we could refinish where we wanted. We don't want or expect any follow up at this time. I understand that the deck needed a lot more work than the worker expected. So, my experience may not be a fair representation of this particular contractor.
