He did a good job. He was professional, he had the right tools, his timing was spot on, we work from home with my wife and he came in during lunchtime, he was knowledgeable, explained the equipment very well, and was able to take the old one so we don't have to deal with that, courteous, no issues at all, and I would recommend him.

The quality of work was great. He's on time, let me know what he was doing and why he's doing it, give me a recommendation but doesn't insist if I don't want to. He went over and above, help me put the trim back, easy to get a hold onto, and able to come within 3 days, polite, and personable. I would recommend him. I've got a good experience with the plumber, but he's the best.
