I got a deal for 8 hours of clean-up for $250.  I have a big yard and didn't expect them to get everything done, but 8 hours by professionals is probably 15-20 hours by me, so it was a good deal.
In general, they got a lot done and did it fairly well.  I gave them a B on quality though because there were times when a few seemed to be looking for something to do to fill their time, but there was a section of the yard that they didn't touch.  As I said, I didn't expect them to do it all, but it seemed like they were kind of milling around for the last small portion of my purchased time when there was an area full of weeds.  It was just odd, but they didn't damage plants and carried away a ton of fallen pine-needles, pine cones and other debris, so I was happy with the service.

Earthview employees are pleasant to work with. They do an excellent job.  They are also accommodating if asked to do something extra.  Our yard is looking good and being well taken care of.

I was very happy with the results of their work. It was 90 degrees that day, but they powered through and did a great job. Armando also gave me good advice on keeping the weeds at bay with spray and mulch. I will definitely hire him again for lawn maintenance.

I would use them again.

It went okay.  The focus seemed to be on upselling regular yard service.  I advised him that our subdivision does not have a homeowners association so we would not be able to do that.  When they came to do the work, they were several hours late (I had to call to find out where they were at).  They stopped working early and told me that they would use the remaining time to come by and spray over the next month.  The goal was to keep the weeds down.  I have never seen them again and based on how the areas look, they never came back. 

Awesome job.  They also did some extra work in repairing our sprinkler system.

Made appt promptly and showed up on time.  The price was for 8 hours, so the owner calculated 2 3/4 hours for 3 guys.  Great job with leaves (and they removed, but used a weed-wacker on all weeds. Did not pull any weeds.  He felt they had done the job after 2 .25 hours and they left.  Did not cut back the ivy over fence, which I requiete I hire someone each spring, and would not use them again, although the price was good.

It wasn't really that great. They came out a little while after I purchased the deal; about 3 weeks later. But that was OK because it was raining. Thy didn't come on time though and there was a lot of miscommunication. We were going to have some extra work done ad it was very hard to keep in touch. The yard cleanup was fine but when they said 8 hours with 2 people it ended up being less hours with more people. It was too much of a hassle to keep up with them. I thought they were nice and did baseline work but they said more than what they followed up on. I didn't pay anything extra.

The work, once the guys arrived, was done quickly and I was very grateful that they hauled all the yard waste away. Everyone I encountered was professional and polite, and very nice to work with. I would have been happy to contract for regular service with Earthview Lawncare, but they were no longer going to be working in my area. The only problem I had was with scheduling. I had scheduled for a day in early April, but no one showed up or called. I rescheduled for a Saturday in early May and, again, no one showed up. On Sunday, the crew arrived and performed the work as requested. I totally understand that this sort of work can go over schedule, or be held off by rain, but communication is essential. A phone call would have gone a long way towards getting an unqualified A review.

We went over all that I wanted done in the time frame allotted and all work was done to my satisfaction.

It was amazing how much was accomplished in a short time.  Earthview was very professional and did an excellent job.  I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Marcos is a very nice guy and an extremely hard working and highly skilled craftsman.  He does the job right & Juan works with him very well. They really do great work together.  There is one issue I had.  Tavo is the salesperson and estimator and is very cordial and professional; however things changed on the job and cost as well.  Original agreement was $3,393.80 for the work.  They added the brick porch for $250 and then a border to hold the patio bricks in place for $250.  Marcos also helped me place a frame for a Tuff Shed foundation - they provided gravel.  Packed it and Marco's did a great job of leveling the foundation.  Again, he is highly skilled & a great guy.  This was to be another $200.  As they were completing the job and it was after sunset Tavo provided me for the final total of over $5,500.  He told me he under bid the job.  I had to negotiate with him as he was adamant that he wanted payment that night while they were finishing in the dark.  I had to negotiate with him and ended up paying $4669.00.  It was over the cost we agreed with all additions.  A bid is a bid.  I agreed to pay more than bid and agreed add on costs but I know Tavo was not happy about our final agreement which was unfortunate for both of us.  I had also asked in an email I have a copy of that the patio would be sealed or underlayment placed to prevent weeds from coming in.  I received a verbal when we talked that the sand would be packed and sealed. It has weeds growing now.  I inquired afterwards as I saw weeds growing in and he said sealing was not part of the project.  I asked how much to seal and no reply.
I would recommend them as they do great work on the condition you get a very firm agreement so there is no surprises and both parties can conclude on a happy note.

We walked around while I explained what I had in mind and they had additional great ideas as well. They were careful yet quick and cleaned up thoroughly. I am switching my weekly yard service to this group.

Went very well. They were very responsive. Had to reschedule due to ice, contacted my to let me know. Very knowledgeable re plants in my yard and how to prune properly. I would use again

Armando was very nice and made a few suggestions about changes to pruning the Japanese maples that I appreciated. However, they were evidently pressed for time that day and after arriving several hours later than scheduled (they did call), they seemed to be in quite a hurry to get done. Maybe because they were in such a hurry, they broke one of my bonsai pots. I wouldn't have minded that, I mean accidents do happen, but they cleaned up the pot and deposited the poor little bonsai plant in a plastic pot on the side of the house where I just happened to see it several days later. They never told me what happened and it was just luck that I found the plant while it could still be rescued. Not okay with me and therefore, I wouldn't use them again. Sorry Armando, you need to talk with your crew.

The crew arrived and Armando immediately came over to confirm the work desired.   He listened carefully but didn't hesitate to make suggestions and to explain his reasoning.  The crew was efficient and hard working.  They split into sections of the yard and achieved a great deal in 8 man hours.  When they were finished, Armando again came to the door to walk around with me to view their progress and to answer my questions.  I was pleased with this experience for many reasons:  1)  Armando contacted me immediately to get the job scheduled  2) his communications were frequent and informative   3) Unlike other companies I have used, he works alongside his crew so that he can guide the process with his knowledge of plants and landscaping -- no middle man between the client and the workers  4) I appreciated the comments he made.  For example, there were some trees and bushes that I asked him to remove that he suggested I keep.  He pruned them to show me how nice they could look. 5) Armando is a real go-getter and seems to enjoy his work. Overall is was a pleasant and professional experience.  So much so that I have decided to go with Earthview for my regular weekly lawn maintenance needs.

Armondo and his crew did a great job.  Armondo seems very knowledgeable and passionate about his work.  They were willing to do the things that I asked and got nearly everything on my list completed in the allotted time.  A couple of things were missed but there was a lot to do so overall I am happy.  They did not have a tall enough ladder to trim the arborvitae so Armondo is going to make another trip by when he is in the area and take care of it.  We plan to have him back in the spring and will probably use them as our regular maintenance.

Armando and his team were excellent.  They were at my door within four days of speaking with them.  They were on time, worked fast and the place looked great!

The company pulled out thistle, blackberries, and scotch broom that really over grew this year.  They also cleaned up my garden and it looks great!

From the beginning, my husband and I were taken with Tavo and Armando's professionalism, knowledge, and ideas for our yard . After interviewing a few prospects, we picked Earthview Landcare and could not be happier. We are incredibly pleased with their services. They helped us figure out how to bring our lawn/backyard/front yard back to life. We just moved to West Linn and our yard was in need of some help! For our initial clean up they fertilized our lawn, got rid of weeds, trimmed our bushes and trees, etc and will help us dispose of some trees this winter.  They come on a weekly basis and maintain our yard beautifully. Their prices are very fair as well. We highly recommend them!

The crew members (owners included!) were extremely professional and responsive - within two days of placing our order, they were on site and hard at work. The bid was right in line with our expectations, and the final tally came in under the estimate. The entire project was completed in less than a week, and they cleaned up the job site immaculately.
