In general, they got a lot done and did it fairly well. I gave them a B on quality though because there were times when a few seemed to be looking for something to do to fill their time, but there was a section of the yard that they didn't touch. As I said, I didn't expect them to do it all, but it seemed like they were kind of milling around for the last small portion of my purchased time when there was an area full of weeds. It was just odd, but they didn't damage plants and carried away a ton of fallen pine-needles, pine cones and other debris, so I was happy with the service.
It went okay. The focus seemed to be on upselling regular yard service. I advised him that our subdivision does not have a homeowners association so we would not be able to do that. When they came to do the work, they were several hours late (I had to call to find out where they were at). They stopped working early and told me that they would use the remaining time to come by and spray over the next month. The goal was to keep the weeds down. I have never seen them again and based on how the areas look, they never came back.
I would recommend them as they do great work on the condition you get a very firm agreement so there is no surprises and both parties can conclude on a happy note.
"First, I want to apologize for my team in breaking the pot, I had no idea this had happened. If known I would have told you and would have bought a new pot. We are sorry to hear a complaint as we try our very best to provide great customer service. As you know before I left your home we walked thru your garden to make sure everything was done according to what you expected, once that was complete I stayed a little longer than the man hours you purchased from our big deal to make sure nothing was missing. Again we would like to apologize for the inconvenience we caused."
