Well worth the money, they take the time to make sure it’s done right, and done well. I could tell the years of experience showed and the end product was way more than what my wife and I could have imagined. We also had the fence re-stained and the concrete stained as well with the guidance from OPP. Everything turned out great. Glad we went with the recommendations. They were a little higher of a bid but I was willing to pay more for great quality and their knowledge sold it for me. I knew they knew what they were doing. Oregon Premium Painting LLCI hired Oregon Premium Painting to paint the exterior and interior as well as pressure wash the concrete driveway and the back patio. They showed up when they said they would and didn't leave the job until I was happy with everything they did. They cleaned up after themselves, and made my house look new again. I couldn't be happier. They explained the process of what had to be done. They used high quality paint and it turned out far better than expected and they made the entire process stress free. David excels at being able to blow/rake as needed, especially over areas of decorative rock & gravel. Although his yard crew is very polite, they either lack the skill or the desire to clean such areas without blowing the rock/gravel up to 3 feet away from their confined spaces. They also blew branches & twigs against the trunks of shrubs/trees & did not automatically pick up this debris. However, David's sudden disappearance in late February 2021, along with his apparent refusal to respond to my various calls/texts/ letter, indicates an unprofessional /irresponsible work ethic. Throughout the year that he worked for me, I was flexible on the days/times he came; I always asked for & followed his input on what landscape would be easy for him to work with; and even gave him a Xmas bonus. His sudden disappearance demands a rating of F on communication!

Douglas was responsive, polite and punctual. He was able to start sooner than anticipated and he and his crew basically performed a miracle on my yard. Douglas even worked around my bee hives and problem solved with me on how to protect both the bees and the crew when they needed to use machines near the hives (cheesecloth and duct tape with a sheet over the hives). I've been fighting the blackberries for years and I thought it was a losing battle. I've hired Ramos Clean Up before and I'll hire them again if I ever need to because the quality and price can't be beat. My husband had gotten a couple different quotes and was even told by one business that he didn't know if his crew would do the job. Ramos Clean Up is worth every penny. I am so unbelievably happy.

Recent Review:
We needed a quick paint job for our upper floor (3bedrooms and hallway), and entry foyer. Kerry stopped by on a Saturday morning to give us a quote which was reasonable and cheaper than most other quotes. His crew (Ariel and two others) showed up the following week and did a great job. The corners were cut in a perfect line and every attention to detail was taken care of. There were some stickers on the ceiling and half broken door stops from the previous owners. Even though the ceiling was not part of the job, Ariel peeled those stickers off and fixed the door stops as well without us mentioning it. Texturing on the wall was taken care of. They estimated 2 days but given that our foyer was 20' high and had a lot of cutting in to do it took an extra half a day longer. But given the top quality of the job it was worth that extra half a day. Kerry stopped by every now and then to check in to make sure things were going fine. They are definitely my go-to people for house painting jobs.
