At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it. It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about. "I was not wild about them. It took me a long time to get hold of them and when they did send someone back they sent a couple of young guys. I had a handyman come out finish the work because I only had a couple of hours that I had bought and they weren’t finished. I understand that they had to leave the room and not finish painting it. I had a handyman coupon and so he painted it; he did a much better job than they did. I remember asking them to wash the wall and usual they wash the wall with a solution but they just picked up a wet rag and wiped it down. I just don’t know what they have done in one of the rooms because I did not say anything at the time. They just used masking tape on the woodwork and the paint can come through with the masking tape; it was not a good tape that they had used. They did not use the painters tape but just a masking tape. I had some good tape that I would have given them but I did not realize the tape that they were using so I did get a little paint on my woodwork. The guys that came out they were okay because they got to work and did not fool around but technically they were a little off. The paint looks okay."

"I have been using them for 3 years for multiple projects and would not go to somebody else. They also built a cabin in the woods. It was built 10 miles from the road so it was like carrying all the stuff up the path. They also did the garage and remodeling of the house, mostly kitchen and a little bit of plumbing work in the bathroom.
