"I researched 4 companies to fully encapsulate a crawlspace damaged by flooding and rats. I also did a lot of research into possibly doing it myself so i knew what to look for. John's was the most expensive, but they were all in the same general ballpark. I was put off by some of the competitors marking insulation as "extra" and not including in their initial estimate. Insulation is required! John's costs a bit more but you get more too: John's insulated the entire floor with wrapped foam pads, dug a drain trench around the entire perimeter, jacked up every concrete pier to slide vapor barrier underneath the posts, and used proper mechanical fasteners on all of the wall insulation boards. Every nook and cranny was sealed with spray foam. The workers were amazing. They did not cut any corners. They nipped and tucked every tight little spot and never complained or made excuses. They built a plastic clean-tunnel every day and took it down down every afternoon. They did not leave behind trash. My crawlspace is clean enough to literally eat off the floor now. I would recommend John's if you want your job done correctly."

"There were some problems with this installation. I had wanted the concrete stamped with a slate pattern but that wasn't done. It was left as just a solid concrete. However when this problem was discovered it was handled quickly and efficiently and I was offered a choice of having it torn out or a price reduction. I chose a price reduction and am happy that I did and the mistake was made as I believe what I have now will wear better and last longer than my original intent. I am giving Natco an A because of their honesty and readiness to admit and correct an error. Errors can be made but it's the way they're handled that make a difference."

They had a large crew that tackled different projects to get it all done in 1 day. Everyone was professional and very friendly. "I had a foundation issue that needed attention and called Ram-Jack whole told it would cost too much to fix the issue without giving me a figure. Called TerraFirma and they said it would be no problem and would e-mail me an estimate in a few days. After 2 weeks I called to inquire about the figure and was told that they decided they couldnt do it. No call to let me know that. I found Western Construction Systems through Home Advisor called them and 2 days later Tyler came out for an estimate and 2 hours later I received the estimate and contracted to have them do the job. They showed up on the scheduled day and time and completed the job in a very professional and efficient manner. The communication between Tyler, Rachel and myself could not have been better. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any foundation work done. I could not have been happier and the work they did was very affordable. Forget the "Big" guys as these guys can do what you need.
