However when this problem was discovered it was handled quickly and efficiently and I was offered a choice of having it torn out or a price reduction. I chose a price reduction and am happy that I did and the mistake was made as I believe what I have now will wear better and last longer than my original intent. I am giving Natco an A because of their honesty and readiness to admit and correct an error. Errors can be made but it's the way they're handled that make a difference."

Called TerraFirma and they said it would be no problem and would e-mail me an estimate in a few days. I found Western Construction Systems through Home Advisor called them and 2 days later Tyler came out for an estimate and 2 hours later I received the estimate and contracted to have them do the job. They showed up on the scheduled day and time and completed the job in a very professional and efficient manner. The communication between Tyler, Rachel and myself could not have been better.
