Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. The attic was almost 150 degrees the day that Tyler and his crew applied the spray foam, but they kept the schedule.
