"Hired them for a basic residential addition foundation job and they completely screwed up every step of the process. They don’t know how to read plans or pour straight out flat foundations. They don’t pay their subs which is coming back on us now. They won't respond to any communications. A lien has now been filed on the project because of their lack of payment. Shocked at their ineptitude. Very friendly people, but they should not be construction business owners."

"Jonathan was wonderful...Yaeger responded to our install, when no other plumbing contractor would respond in a timely fashion. They installed our gas line so that we were able to have a dual fuel range/oven that worked for the holidays! Although they seemed a little higher priced, they were knowledgable, professional and completed the tasks. Tracy and Echo in the office were also quick to answer questions and get us the help we needed."

"We had four area companies evaluate and quote the replacement of a gas floor furnace for our mill house. We have been very happy with the performance and lack of blower noise for the furnace, but it is difficult to find a company that still handles them. We got everything from "the city is going to condemn your house unless you do this or that, and you'll need to find another additional contractor to handle some of the work" to "we can't do the job without a large outlay to meet city codes". We were fortunate to contact Dave at AccuAir and he was both familiar with the furnace and was way ahead of the game on how to install the unit to pass the building codes. The team from AccuAir was extremely professional, personable, fast, and neat. The quote was ideal for our budget and the installation passed city inspection without a hitch. It was so great to deal with a company that knew what they were doing, weren't trying to upsell you into something expensive, and did not use scare tactics. We would not hesitate to use AccuAir again, and feel very comfortable recommending them."

"I called Korte at 10.00 a.m. and Andrew called back at 3 p.m. He came and had a look at what kind of equipment was needed and next morning , showed up with his workers and replaced the old furnace, and the next day the heat pump was in. Almost all new buildings in California need an earthquake shut-off valve. The requirements for an earthquake gas shut-off valve (and who can install it) depend on where you live. For example, according to the Los Angeles Municipal Code, you’re required to hire a licensed contractor to install one whenever you build, sell, or renovate a home. Common signs of gas line leaks include a rotten egg smell, hissing sounds, dead plants around the area of the leak, and unexplained physical symptoms like dizziness and nausea.
