They came ..told me the pricing....fit me in between jobs and came back later that day with the parts and fixed it. I was very glad that it was taken care of the day I called them.

First repairman said all was well and no need to pump septic (had not been pumped for over 15 years!). 2nd person said definitely needed pumping and a pipe needed replacement. Had to call office a few times to get truck back out to my house.

They were hired by Lowe's, the price was packaged by Lowe's. The price was reasonable. It was not cheap, not a great deal and not excessive. For responsiveness, it was a little tricky, there were some problems coordinating with Lowe's but Drainpros were pretty good. We had a commitment with Lowe's that the work would be done by a certain time. That was from the sales person at Lowe's. There was paperwork to be done between Lowe's and Drainpros and their paper work took an extra couple of days. We were scheduled to leave town. When we told Drainpros about our problem, they were very effective. It is the Lowe's system that am faulting.

Not well the work had to be redone by someone else a month later. The continual leak was found under the house by the cable company.

It happened again a few months later and he returned to tighten it
again at no charge. He said the manufacturer had a warrenty on it but
the builder had not left us any paper work with a serial number. John
said he would contact the manufacturer but he never called back. If we
press down h****** the faucet, it doesn't drip

During freezing weather in December 2013, a pipe burst in a house we were renting out. The water to the house was shut off by our property manager. We found DrainPros on Angies List and called them for help to cap the broken pipe. It was our first time dealing with them. Although they were understandably overwhelmed with the amount of calls they received from others with the same type of problem, they were able to get someone out the next day to cap off the pipe. There was a misunderstanding concerning the fact that this is a rental house and it is not where the bill should be sent, but that was resolved and we were happy with their service overall.

It went really well, the inspector had come out and said that we had a leak. They were really nice and friendly. They also recommended that turned out just as well as they did. Very personable, very friendly, and extremely professional.

After trying unsuccessfully to get an appointment with the company I have used in the past for pumping my septic tank (Roto Rooter), I called DrainPros Plumbing. They were able to schedule me the next morning. They were on time and did the job professionally.

First off we had 4 bids on the job and we found them to be the cheapest and the friendliest at the time of bid. As I said they excavated about 80 feet and they first brought out a small excavator and found our ground so very hard and rocky that they took it back and came back with a bigger one and they even ran into an area of ground that they had to get a jack hammer to break up the ground. They put in a back flo system and ran a water line from the hook up at the side walk to our garage and disconnected the well and hook up the city water.
After this was inspected, they came back and back fill the ditch and haul off excess dirt and rocks. And rake the area the work was done in. It looks better now than before they started their work. Also included in the cost of $1660. was the cost of the inspection.
They are great!! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

To be specific- we didn't pay this company; we paid Lowe's for installation and this was the company they are contracted with- so I can't give an opinion on price compared to service.
However the guy who came out was very nice and professional. We had just had our hardwood floors redone and he was very careful every step of the way not to scratch them up with a big dishwasher. He was even helpful in working on cardboard boxes and such items to make sure as to not scratch our floors. I took the opportunity (as a new homeowner) to ask him other questions about our house and he was very helpful with what I asked. He even gave me time to vacuum behind the dishwasher after he removed our old one (what a mess), it was greatly appreciated!
He installed the dishwasher and it seems to work properly. He was very nice and went out of his way to accommodate some of our requests. Don't know about bigger types of job- but we will definitely use them in the future to find out.
*Right before writing this review we called them on a Saturday to see if they worked with gas pipe lines to a stove. The answer service really didn't know much, but put in an order for someone to call us and they call withing 5 min- which was nice.

They have an emergency service. Our old water heater was leaking, and they came very fast to install a new one. The man was very nice and gave us advice on what we should have people check on in regards to the damage from the leak.
