"Very well. JBLC has a great team that has varied expertise and a high level of professionalism. They were focused on doing the best possible work no matter the challenges. Each team member seemed to treat their work as though this was their own home. For reasons out of their control, the JBLC team had to extend the work schedule. They never complained and made sure I was informed at all times as to progress. I believe great value was received for my money."

"We have had problems with our Majestic Fireplace and another company had worked on it several times with various amounts of repair costs of up to $500 and never getting the problem solved! We went to Bend Fireplace and looked at new systems, they wanted to try and fix the thing, but had an 8 day backlog. We said that was too long, the Service Manager suggested Ace and we set up an appointment! They were able to get to us the next day and fixed the problem along with showing us how to get the unit to fire properly! James Neider fixed the problem and I cannot recall the exact price, but it was very reasonable and we have been happy with the results!
