He was responsive to all my inquiries and was available sooner and with a better price than anyone else we contacted. He is a one man show, learned his craft from his father and takes pride in a job well done. The seams in the laminate are virtually invisible. We thoroughly enjoyed having him in our home and I would hire him again in a heartbeat."

Poor communication following the install regarding operation. Problems with water reaching all areas of the grass were downplayed. After repeatedly not answering texts or phone messages I was berated by Mr. Hawk for being "Mr. Difficult". I ended up buying and changing 3 sprinkler heads so that water would reach everywhere and eliminate brown spots. Terrible customer service !"

He walked us through the whole process in buying trek, what to look out for and he did such a great job that my neighbors across the street hired him for their deck.
