Three years ago, we remodeled our kitchen. Coco's installed the granite. Ryan, the owner of Coco's, told me to call him whenever I needed nicks in my granite repaired. Well, I've left at least three messages and even ran into him at the Clark County Home Fair where he noted it on his phone that I needed his help and I have yet to hear back from him. Their quality was good, but I am very disappointed in them as a business. Their customer service sucks! I would never use them again.

Their quality was ok but I was disappointed how they handled the business. The work is good, but dealing with them. I would never use them again. I liked the quality. The scheduling and also charging us for materials that were unnecessary and then keeping them. It was unbelievable. They talked us into an extra $200 worth of material for a bigger slab and they only used a tiny piece out of it. I would say a 6x8 piece of material. They came one day for a couple hours and measured it all and came another day and installed it all. The installation was very good, professional and it turned out beautiful. The gal in the store was very professional and helpful. Talking us into the extra slab I did not like, that's the issue.

Great job installing a remnant counter

Excellent customer service, made me feel like I was a priority, really focused on our wants and needs when we were with them. At point of installation, our cabinets were not level enough so they had to leave and come back the next day after my husband shimmed cabinets. Were patient and understanding. Definitely recommend them and will use them again.

We worked well together.

We love Coco's and have used them to update our kitchen, bath and laundry room countertops. They installed both granite and quartz for us. Vanessa is very helpful at the showroom and Ryan and his guys are super with the quotes and install. Their prices are reasonable as well!

They did a good job. They were punctual. They had good craftsmanship. It was kind of an unusual project and they kind of went with it. They were great. We had a horrible experience with another company and that’s when we went with them for this project.

After visiting many granite warehouses, we went Coco's shop in Ridgefield. The owner worked with us to select a style and edge finish for our kitchen. Ryan came out, as scheduled, to measure and prep. Their crew installed and finished the granite expertly.

We visited their showroom and requested an estimate for new counter tops.  A date and time was set up and the person showed up on time and took the dimensions.  We were contacted shortly there after with price quotes of several different granite counter tops and prices.  Coco's was extremely helpful in explaining the different types and styles and was patient with us in picking the slab of counter top we liked.  It took my wife and I over 8 weeks until we found a slap we were happy with.  Once it was picked, Coco's took care of the rest.  They removed the old counter tops and installed the new granite the same day, we even had some of the slab left, they were able to fit it for our half bath room.  My wife and I are extremely happy with services they performed, the professionalism price.

I was a high maintenance customer!  I couldn't find the right granite to match my existing backsplash; do I want to go to the expense of a new sink;  will I like stainless; maybe I want quartrz.  The service I received was excellen.  If I had a question, someone was always available with an answer or a suggestion.  I received support and encouragement but no pressure whatsoever.  My calls were always returned or answered; no one kept me waiting; the mess was constantly being cleaned up as the work progressed.  My countertops are beautiful; the sink incredible.  I never could have found another company who could have done as fantastic job and Coco's did for us.

My experience with the company was all very positive. From the first visit for a bid from Dan, to the template and installation with Ryan and crew everything went very smoothly. Unlike other companies, they were able to do the tear-out and the installation on the same day, so I had no down-time in my kitchen. Their workmanship is beautiful and the price was very competitive.

The original estimator did a good job of helping us design the job. They then farmed the work out to a subcontractor who worked pretty much when he felt like it resulting in a 10 day job taking about twice that long. They were very unresponsive to phone calls, however the final quality of work performed was excellent.

They fabricated the countertop in approximately 1 week, which I believe is quite fast. Were very responsive to schedule changes. They made a very expensive mistake, and fabricated a more expensive edge. They admitted the mistake and ate the cost. Their workmanship was excellent.

THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH OUR HARD DECISION. WE REALLY FELT THEY HELPED US CHOSE THE RIGHT COLORS. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. WE FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THEM IN OUR HOME.

WE WERE TREMENDOUSLY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY HAD THE TILES FINISHED BEFORE THEY HAD PROMISED. NOT A SINGLE TILE WAS BROKEN OR SCRATCHED. THEY RETURNED THEM TO US IN BETTER SHAPE THAN WE HAD DROPPED THEM OFF.

WORKED WITH US ON THE SELECTION AND THE TEXTURES OF THE GRANITE WE BELIEVED WOULD WORK BEST FOR OUR ROOM. BROUGHT MANY SAMPLES FROM WHICH WE COULD WORK AND EVALUATE THE LOOK. EVEN HELPED US TO SEE WHAT THE FINISHED PRODUCT WOULD LOOK LIKE BEFORE WE BOUGHT.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. COCO'S CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE, GAVE SUGGESTIONS ON THE TYPE OF MARBLE AND DESCRIBED EXACTLY HOW THE INSTALLATION WOULD PROCEED. THE PEOPLE WHO INSTALLED THE MARBLE WERE PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT EVERYTHING FAIRLY CLEAN. AND BEST OF ALL, THE PRICE REMAINED EXACTLY AS QUOTED.
