Our project came with a few extra challenges, including a private water easement that required us to leave a gap at the bottom of the fence to comply with HOA regulations. Vlad came up with a smart, effective solution by installing hog paneling in that section, securing it into cement to make sure it was sturdy and would keep critters from getting in or out.
