This company hauled away a 450 sqt. foot pine deck, an old recliner, an old wood water bed frame, a stove, a toilet, a heavy pile of concrete remnants from an old patio that I jack hammered out, a houseful of old carpet, several wood pallets, and many bags of garbage and cardboard and did it in less than 2 hours. They stuck to their estimate which was much lower than any other estimate I got from other companies. I will definitely being using them again in the future.

It went perfectly. Tim and his helper walked around the property with me and took all the trash from the last stages of a remodel. There was more than we thought and they were very gracious about taking the extra (for a minimal fee). Friendly and efficient. I will definitely call them next time.

About one month ago I discovered Tim on Angie's List while searching for someone to haul 25 years of stuff out of my basement to make room for my new wife's belongings.  His bid was considerably lower than that of his competitors and he had stellar reviews.  I can only say that he more than lived up to his well - earned reputation.  

We recently put my wife's home on the market.  In staging the house we first had to get rid of over 30 years of "junk."  Naturally, we chose Tim for the job.  Tim showed - up promptly, carried out and hauled away over three truckloads of material.  Again, for a very reasonable charge.  When we discovered a few things both he and I had missed, he was happy to return and get these as well.

In summary, I can recommend Tim and Universal Trucking without reservation to anyone who needs help in a clean - up operation.  And he is such a conscientious person that I will no doubt use him for the other services he offers.

They had everything loaded and ready to leave in a very short period of time.  Very professional and efficient..

Tim was on time and professional.  He cleared away a large amount of yard debris for me.  He left the site and the sidewalk clean.  His estimate was on target.  I would recommend Universal Trucking Property Cleanup without hesitation!  I will definitely use him again. He's on my speed dial now!

He loaded up the trees first filling his trailer to the hilt, then he attacked the cabinets with a maul. Within  just under 2 hours he completed the job.  He estimates low, in all fairness he deserves at least what he asks, .

Great service, great price.  My only comment would be that he was about 40 minutes late.  Would use again, though.

Tim showed ahead of schedule so I had to rework a few things to accommodate him although he requested the early time and didn't demand it.  He had already started when I arrived (as we had discussed over the phone).  He separated everything and took the various piles to different places (Dump, Rexius/Lane forest,, Vinnies/Goodwill). Tim and his helper worked quickly and had everything completed in a reasonable time frame at a reasonable price.  They swept up the garage all included in the price. Also were flexible when after the fact I asked them to take old paint and chemicals with them in addition to another pile of stuff.  I would definitely recommend him and would use him again!

Arrived on the scheduled day, got right to work removing a freezer and dryer from house.
Removed items from a garage that was 1/2 filled with garbage and some reusable things.
Worked fast and efficient, very professional, and had the job done quickly.
Would not hesitate to hire again.

Tim was prompt, polite and easy to deal with.  I explained what I wanted done just once and Tim got everything done and surpassed my expectations.  There was 4 different areas he had to work on.  As he would finish an area, Tim would call me to inspect his work. (good communicator) and not  once that I was ever displeased with his work.
I also appreciated his concern for nature.  He stopped cutting an area when he found a nest in a bush of nettles with a new born chick residing there.  It was an easy decision to avoid further clearing there but I appreciated his ability to use his innate intelligence.

My sister was moving from an Assisted Living apartment to a skilled nursing home where she would not have much room for her belongings.  We moved her and a few items she could use a few days before Tim came and sorted her belongings the day before he came.  We had separated everything into 3 piles - trash, charity and our house.  Tim came with his trailer and filled it with all the piles.  He dropped off the items at our house and them took the rest to the Goodwill and the dump.  At our house, he also climbed onto our shop and put moss removal on the roof.  He said it would kill the moss and the rains would wash it away.   He will return in 6 month to do it again.  Because we got it early, it will not require scrubbing etc.  The roof treatment only cost $20 but I would not want my husband to get onto the roof even to sprinkle the powder.
Tim was very fast and very efficient.  He gave us a price before starting and stuck to it.  I would definitely hire him again.  I wish he was located closer to us.

The company did an excellent job, and I can't think of anything they could have done better. I knew that I had more items that needed hauled away than what the Big Deal offer covered, so we discussed having the company come out at a later date to complete the remainder of the work.

Arrived promptly as arranged and discussed the agreed-upon price.  He hauled away debris from around the house and cleaned the area.  He emptied shelves in garage, including items that had been there for years, separated hazardous materials and metal items.  He took less than an hour to complete the job.  He was polite and thorough.  I would hire him again.

Tim did some junk removal work at my home, which I was about to put up for sale. I was late in getting this work done and called Tim at the last minute. He responded to my phone message immediately and was out the next day. He cleared the garage, side of the house, and backyard of a large, diverse group of different things. I didn't lift a finger, just showed him what needed to be gone. Tim was fast, and very personable. And, even though he had made the effort to combine my work with another job (so that he could save me some money) his rates were VERY reasonable.
All in all, I was extremely pleased with him and will definitely use his services (including other services besides hauling that he offers) again. Terrific business!
