They called and set up the appointment in a timely manner. The crew arrived right on time and completed the roof cleaning in a few hours, and did a good job of cleanup of the deck and yard from all the moss debris etc. The roof looks very good now and hopefully the moss treatment will discourage future moss growth for a while. They said if we notice green moss regrowing in a couple months they will come out and put additional moss treatment on the roof."
