Excellent sevice

Excellent, Tyler and coworker were fast, did a great job. I will be recommending them to friends and family in the area. One of my neighbors is going to hire them for pressure washing next year.

Excellent , crew showed up on time and finished the job in 2 sessions but still under projected time. After job cleanup was thorough. I'm quite pleased with the end product and would recommend Ace Roof Care to anyone. a 5% Angie's list discount was applied.

Andy returned my call for an estimate very promptly. He came to the house the next morning, listened carefully to what I wanted to have done and was able to schedule the work for that afternoon. His crew arrived as scheduled. They reviewed the work to be done and completed each task as discussed with Andy. All work was performed quickly and the final result was excellent. I plan to hire this crew again when I need this kind of work done.

Very punctual and professional

The business owner and all employees were professional and friendly. They were punctual, worked efficiently and all of their equipment seemed to be of good quality. The price was fair and when the job was completed they provided me with useful feedback regarding my gutter system. I highly recommend this service.

Andy came out and gave us an estimate after looking over the condition of the roof and moss. He told us about the probable schedule for getting the work done. They called and set up the appointment in a timely manner. The crew arrived right on time and completed the roof cleaning in a few hours, and did a good job of cleanup of the deck and yard from all the moss debris etc. The roof looks very good now and hopefully the moss treatment will discourage future moss growth for a while. They said if we notice green moss regrowing in a couple months they will come out and put additional moss treatment on the roof.

Quality work, timely

I needed someone to clean the roof and gutters to satisfy the sales contract on my home. Tyler returned my call promptly and came out to give me an estimate that same day. He listened to what I wanted in detail and gave me a bid accordingly. I was able to schedule the service for the following week. The guys were on time and efficient, and the roof looks great.

There were 3 workers who were very nice and hard workers. They were able to finish the job in 2-1/2 hours. The clean up was pretty good, I just had a little bit to clean up in the corners, but overall I was very happy with their work and their professionalism The Owner Andy, was very nice to deal with.

They were able to meet and give an estimate the day after I called. Andy did a very thorough review and was willing to answer any and all questions I had. The estimate came in very reasonable. I was able to schedule the work to be done on a day that worked for me and when they had mechanical issues on the job prior to mine I was promptly called and the young man was so friendly, apologetic and willing to problem solve to meet our needs. The work was rescheduled for the end of the week and they were on time and did excellent work.

The first terrific thing that happened was that the owner was able to get out to my house very quickly to bid the job. We had to play phone tag for a little while, but he was persistent with trying to make contact. The bid was reasonable and even included a senior discount. He was able to schedule the job in a week's time. This morning three young men arrived at my home at the promised time. They were able to tell me exactly what they planned to do, which was in line with my expectations. They got right to work. When they left, after just a few hours, the yard around the house was completely cleaned up with no evidence of the massive amount of moss that had fallen from the roof. I recommend this company without hesitation.

Absolutely perfect and this was quite possibly one of the finest transactions I have ever encountered with a third party service firm. I was impressed beyond belief.

To begin, I had a VERY difficult time from most companies to even return my call regarding service in the first place. Ace called me back immediately. We have a very tall house on a hillside, and it takes an especially long ladder to get up. Most companies that have come to do our roof don't bring a tall enough ladder, even though they have come out and seen the roof when they bid it. Ace showed up with the right equipment. The other problem we usually have is that all the debris is cleaned off the roof, but only marginally cleaned up out of our landscape. There is always a lot because we live in amongst a lot of trees. Ace cleaned up everything great! I also know that pressure washing is not good for your roof, and it shortens the life of your roof. Neighbors have recommended some who clean with a pressure washer, and I did not want that. Ace brushed it off. We had a lot of moss We have had this done many times. Ace was the most economical, and they did the best job of any we have ever hired. It's nice to know who we can finally trust, and not have to search anymore.

Everything went well. Prompt communications. Excellent work. Extremely friendly folks. Fair price.
