We used Exterior Care for our primary home roof a few years ago, and it was a no-brainer to choose them again to re-roof an apartment complex. Miguel is an honest and very responsible man and he expects all the same from the crew he surrounds himself with. They do excellent work, keep the premises clean, are a super responsive to any questions or concerns. I wish I could find other trade skilled contractors that I could speak about with this level of trust and respect for the work they do and they way they interact with their customers. A+++

In the past, Miguel and his crew had been helping our old wood shake roof stretch out it's life as long as possible. When it came time to replace the roof, Exterior Care was one of 5 bids and we knew we wanted Miguel's team on the job almost immediately. His prices were competitive, but above even that are the intangibles that come with working with a great contractor. Miguel is an excellent communicator and is always straight forward, honest and very responsive to the customer. He doesn't have a "sales pitch" vibe to his personality, he just tells it like it is and explains everything that needs to be done. The installation of the new roof and skylights went perfectly! His crew was very friendly and respectful of the property and left the site as cleaned up as possible after each day. The end result is a stunning new roof that we are just thrilled with! I can't recommend Exterior Care enough!!!

The team did a good job with our roof. They finished it quickly, even in the cold, and we have not noticed any issues. They did a fair job of cleanup as well. There were a few shingles around the yard, but that is to be expected after a big job like a new roof. We would use them again in the future. Great communication and reasonable price.

Excellent! Miguel and his team were efficient and skillful committed to completing a good job despite the excessive heat . I needed a new skylight and Miguel put himself on it having one installed the very next day. He also successfully reattached our satellite dish and weathervane. I would recommend this team whole heartedly!

Miguel replaced 2 skylights, and built new curb mounts as well as replacing the rotted portion of plywood. Installed new flashing and roofing under layment. His crew cleaned the moss debris and replaced some of the tiles that where cracked. He and his team were professional. His price was fair for the work they did. I highly recommend them.

Excellent work! My deck and patio look almost brand new after cleaning, my roof is moss free and my gutters are no longer growing weeds. This is the 3rd time I have used Exterior Care in the last 3 years and they once again have give me prompt, friendly service with great results. Good value for the money and I will definitely be using them again for my future needs.

I’m extremely satisfied with the work they did. When the solid stain started to fade a little they even came back and put another coat of solid stain on the deck for no additional charge. The bid I got was very fair and they answered all of my questions. They noticed a crack in one of the seals of a roof pipe vent. They showed me the crack and then they resealed it.

After Miguel's workers cleaned and treated my roof, I hired the same company to clean and stain my deck. They were punctual and did excellent work. I found that the cost was more reasonable than the bids under the Decks and Porches category.

Miguel is a good salesman. Two men worked vigorously on my one level composition roof. All services were rated excellent.

They did a roofing repair. Just a little repair on one little section. They kept me from roofing the whole house. It was a good repair. Mainly speak English better than they could. One of them couldn't understand me at all. He had to refer to his other guy. He lost my name. He said he would call and he didn't so I finally called him.

It would have been good to have fascia boards treated and painted prior to installation but that is another service. Otherwise water drainage is much improved.

Quotation process was very good. Clear communication of expectations, concern for customer's questions and needs. Pricing was very competitive. Not the lowest bid out there but Miguel was ready to work to make the pricing as competitive as he could. He also offers a inspection-will-pass-if-home-is-sold warranty if interested for a modest price. W.r.t job's promised time line and job execution, outstanding!! Very professional and knowledgeable team onsite; worked prompty and crisply. All the work was completed on time and executed to customer's satisfaction. I would hire Miguel and his team any time and for all my future needs. I would recommend him strongly to any friend/colleague as well.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We've lived here 12 years and have never been happy with the companies we've used for these services. From poor work to damage to our exterior pain, we've had a lot of problems. But Miguel was fantastic to work with (even has a good sense of humor :-) We highly recommend this company!

Exceeded my expectations for a newer company.

Miguel was very responsive. I really appreciated that he came out to assess the job (vesrus others that just looked at Google Earth). I also liked the fact that his guys hand scraped the moss versus pressure washing it off. They left my property very clean and Miguel also did a follow-up to make sure everything went OK. Very responsive. Very professional. Will definitely use again for my exterior maintenance. Although he was a little more expensive than other bids, I feel the service and quality of the job- as well as the guarantee on the moss control was well worth it. Thanks Miguel!

The team did a great job! They cleaned the roof and gutters, picked up and took all the debris, hosed down the windows and walkway.
