We used Exterior Care for our primary home roof a few years ago, and it was a no-brainer to choose them again to re-roof an apartment complex. Miguel is an honest and very responsible man and he expects all the same from the crew he surrounds himself with. They do excellent work, keep the premises clean, are a super responsive to any questions or concerns. I wish I could find other trade skilled contractors that I could speak about with this level of trust and respect for the work they do and they way they interact with their customers. A+++

In the past, Miguel and his crew had been helping our old wood shake roof stretch out it's life as long as possible. When it came time to replace the roof, Exterior Care was one of 5 bids and we knew we wanted Miguel's team on the job almost immediately. His prices were competitive, but above even that are the intangibles that come with working with a great contractor. Miguel is an excellent communicator and is always straight forward, honest and very responsive to the customer. He doesn't have a "sales pitch" vibe to his personality, he just tells it like it is and explains everything that needs to be done. The installation of the new roof and skylights went perfectly! His crew was very friendly and respectful of the property and left the site as cleaned up as possible after each day. The end result is a stunning new roof that we are just thrilled with! I can't recommend Exterior Care enough!!!

Excellent! Miguel and his team were efficient and skillful committed to completing a good job despite the excessive heat . I needed a new skylight and Miguel put himself on it having one installed the very next day. He also successfully reattached our satellite dish and weathervane. I would recommend this team whole heartedly!

Miguel replaced 2 skylights, and built new curb mounts as well as replacing the rotted portion of plywood. Installed new flashing and roofing under layment. His crew cleaned the moss debris and replaced some of the tiles that where cracked. He and his team were professional. His price was fair for the work they did. I highly recommend them.

I’m extremely satisfied with the work they did. When the solid stain started to fade a little they even came back and put another coat of solid stain on the deck for no additional charge. The bid I got was very fair and they answered all of my questions. They noticed a crack in one of the seals of a roof pipe vent. They showed me the crack and then they resealed it.

Miguel is a good salesman. Two men worked vigorously on my one level composition roof. All services were rated excellent.

Excellent work! My deck and patio look almost brand new after cleaning, my roof is moss free and my gutters are no longer growing weeds. This is the 3rd time I have used Exterior Care in the last 3 years and they once again have give me prompt, friendly service with great results. Good value for the money and I will definitely be using them again for my future needs.

It would have been good to have fascia boards treated and painted prior to installation but that is another service. Otherwise water drainage is much improved.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We've lived here 12 years and have never been happy with the companies we've used for these services. From poor work to damage to our exterior pain, we've had a lot of problems. But Miguel was fantastic to work with (even has a good sense of humor :-) We highly recommend this company!

Roof cleaning was adequate but cleanup was less than adequate.

The team did a great job! They cleaned the roof and gutters, picked up and took all the debris, hosed down the windows and walkway.

It went really well. They are easy to get a hold of and the communication was great with this company. I appreciated that they were able to my specific needs and take care of it no problem.

Exterior care PDX was very punctual with every aspect of my dealings with them. Mr. Diaz gave me what I thought was a very fair bid, after getting 2 others and was definitely the most responsive . I was also given a %5 senior discount and able to put my bill on a credit card. I would definitely recommend his Company and will call on him for any future needs.

Miguel, the owner, came out and provided me a written estimate, including the type of moss remover he would be applying and was detailed about their hands-on brushing method of removing the moss. The crew arrived on time, ready to work and climbed onto the roof in no time. The ground was swept of the debris and there was no damage to my shrubs from falling moss. Three years later my roof is still moss free!

Quotation process was very good. Clear communication of expectations, concern for customer's questions and needs. Pricing was very competitive. Not the lowest bid out there but Miguel was ready to work to make the pricing as competitive as he could. He also offers a inspection-will-pass-if-home-is-sold warranty if interested for a modest price. W.r.t job's promised time line and job execution, outstanding!! Very professional and knowledgeable team onsite; worked prompty and crisply. All the work was completed on time and executed to customer's satisfaction. I would hire Miguel and his team any time and for all my future needs. I would recommend him strongly to any friend/colleague as well.

EXCELLENT!! Miguel (Owner) responded immediately to schedule an appointment to come out to look at our roof and give us an estimate. We were impressed from the start that Miguel actually came to the house to inspect the roof. (There were other companies we called who don't come out to look at the job and only gave quotes over the phone.) Miguel was very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. We could tell from talking to him that he takes great pride in his business and that certainly carried over into the work he did for us. Miguel not only came to give us the estimate, but he actually came back himself to do the job with another employee. Their work was done with great care and thoroughness. Thank you Miguel for being an honest company that I will without hesitation recommend to others!
