Joe?s Glass is nice to work with and easy to communicate with, but if you're dealing with non-standard windows, be prepared for potential issues. While the installation team was polite and acknowledged challenges with arch windows, multiple visits were required due to measurement errors and unexpected complications. The most frustrating issue was discovering?midway through the project?that drywall around a large arch window needed to be removed. This was not mentioned during initial measurements, and only after returning with an incorrectly sized window did they inform me that the drywall had to come out for them to remeasure and proceed. I removed the drywall myself (carefully), and they did install a nice-looking window, but I had to pay $1,200 for drywall replacement. When I asked for a discount, considering the drawn-out timeline and additional costs, they refused any compensation, stating it was an unforeseen condition. Joe's Glass was the only company we could get to solve our problem--a skylight that while not yet leaking but was falling apart inside and looked completely trashy with random pieces of plastic falling down. Joe's employees were helpful and professional. They never pushed to replace the skylight because it hadn't failed. But when we asked them to replace it they went above and beyond. They came when they said they would, were professional, clearly knew what they were doing and got it done. We could not be more pleased and when we have another glass issue arise Joe's Glass will be our first call.

pretty straight forward need glass repair for our community center, need it done asap, joe got it done quick, no complaints, don't know much if the price was good or bad since i just did one estimate but I am happy it got done in timely manner and sheila was there to answer all my questions. so yeah will recommend them

From the office staff Sheila (who s an absolute doll) to his son and son in law performing the work, I couldn t be more happy! We had several screens that fit custom windows that they fixed at a very reasonable price and quick turnaround. Also had a custom sized window that needed replacing which we hired them to do. The product was perfect and took less than 2 weeks to make and install. Very good result.
