"I might have been some what hasty on my first review. Just upset because of the break down in communication. After reviewing the final documents I would like to retract some of what I said. I do think we paid to much but there construction firm is one of integrity. The job was done mostly to our satisfaction. Just make sure you get all the cost up front. They are decent people and I never meant to imply otherwise."

"I’d like to cover up a hole in my yard but this company came in made sure that my septic lines were working Then they put in a new distribution box and left. I called them and let them know it was leaking and they have not fixed it and now are trying to tell me that my septic lines are not working when when they told me they were. This company has no integrity. They do poor workmanship they are rude and inconsiderate when it comes to customer service I would not recommend this company to nobody!!!"

Though I'm in the southern Willamette Valley and a ways from Portland, Daryl came down to give me a free estimate. Secure Seismic came in below their competitors and Daryl discusssd the plan with me in depth. Based upon the quality of the reviews, I hired Secure Seismic. They scheduled out within a couple of weeks. Johny the foreman kept me on the loop while they were at my house. They completed the job within a day and left the site clean. Pieces of drywall cut for access in the garage were thoughtfully replaced and will take little effort to clean up. Thanks for great work! "Oliver's Construction & Remodeling did an absolutely fantastic job on my home and fence. First they gave me a beautiful fence that, I'm sure be there long after I'm gone! They put wheels on the two large doors so that it will be so much easier to open. And I didn't even ask for that. Oliver is always doing things that make things so much nicer and more beautiful. He pointed out several things that I knew were damaged but had no idea that he would be able to fix. Like five rows of paneling on the side of the house that were damaged, like two boards that were rotten, and like the area between panels that were getting water in and under them. He fixed all of it and it looks so good now. It's like I have a brand new home. I was so surprised that he could do all of that for the price he quoted me. It amazes me that there are people still around that want to do such a great job just because it is the right thing to do. Oliver is one of those people.
