"It's all G U D! I'm happy."

"Breaking Ground redid our exterior deck. Colby did an exceptional job and we are pleased with the high quality of construction & materials, as well as Colby’s excellent work ethic, trustworthiness & professionalism. It is clear that he has extensive experience and is passionate about wood and building. Colby shows up when he says he will, has good attention to detail and goes above and beyond what he promises, all for a very fair price. I can highly recommend Colby & Breaking Ground!"

"From the very beginning stages of calling for estimates to the final walk through, Chris and his team were very customer focused and really aimed to please. Chris came out for an estimate in a few days after the call and provided the estimate electronically a few days after the home visit. We were having some trees removed and they were very accommodating about scheduling and timing the pressure wash and actual prep. They were able to tell us what days they would be at the house and when they would be finished with every stage. This was very impressive given the fact that they worked around our schedule and the weather was a factor. The crew worked efficiently and were very neat. No mess at the end of the day. I watched them do two walk throughs one day to make sure they picked up every little thing. We were very impressed with the quality of work, the timing of the project and the exact nature of the estimate. A final walk through revealed one area of trim that was not painted and the crew fixed it on the spot. Several neighbors commented on how nice the house looks and how quickly the team was able to complete the work. I would really recommend Homestead for a great job done by really nice people."

"Design and plan approval happened within one week.  Porch was added on quickly, bump outs and roof added on later. Gutters right after that. It all went well and was accomplished in approx. two months.  Victor was accomodating and helpful with all the estimated costs we asked for.  The workers were friendly and I found no alcohol or drug behavior;  they were in and out of my house with no problems.

"Great attention to detail and knowledge contractor! The framing and remodel work that was done to help create our business space turned out great! We are very happy with the work provided and the willingness t o work with me to make my visons a reality. We will be hiring them again for our future contractor/handyman needs."

"They did a superb job on multiple small- and mid-sized projects, including repairing a gate, thoroughly and completely refurbishing two decks and a front porch, and some minor interior work. They were hard-working and -- perhaps most importantly -- showed up on time and honored their commitments fully and well. We intend to hire them again for some additional projects and have already recommended them to neighbors."
