They were prompt, friendly and gave us a 6 months guarantee on a clean pipe for roots which I am happy for as our pipe had a large amount of roots. Side note: We had another company give up on the pipe clearing and wanted to replace the pipe. The other company's bid of pipe replacement was too much for us to afford. Roto Rooter said our pipe is serviceable and not in need of immediate replacement much to our relief. I will continue to use Roto Rooter in the future."
