The property was a blank slate. Nothing had been done to it. WIthin 2 days the trees were down and gone on a 78 x 150 lot. Next came the stump removal and grinding. More machinery was brought in to clear up the floor of the house pad and begin bringing in rock. They put in a 20 ' culvert and 30 ft long driveway.
