"All of my dealings with this company were very prompt and professional.  
They are representative for Milgard Windows. We were shown three series of Milgard windows by their design consultant and advised not to go with the least expensive series.We chose the next one up and are mostly happy with it.  
The door operates smoothly in most respects, but we have occasional trouble locking the door.  Locking it from the inside requires sliding the door closed and then pushing in on the handle.  Most times it works perfectly, but sometimes it takes as many as three tries to engage the lock mechanism.

"Overall we were happy with the product but in the process of doing the siding they cracked one of our windows. It took almost 2 weeks for them to get back to us about it. They tried to say the window was cracked from the storm we recieved the day after completion. They said pictures had been taken upon completion but when completed it was almost dark and thats why we didnt notice the crack when we did the walk around. We have lived in this house almost 20 years and have never had rain break a window and we have had much worse storms in on the coast! Their solution? Hire them to replace the window! I don't see that happening EVER nor will we ever refer people to this company!"
