They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"Martin and his crew tore up a paver patio and partial lawn and installed a beautiful patio with pavers and river rock. On time and worked quickly! I was really happy with how I was treated and the quality of work they did. It was a small project which I sometimes have a hard time finding people for and Martin was eager and made me feel like it was worth his time."

"It went amazingly. Mark is a fantastic worker, and he spent weekends driving up and doing a remarkable job of finishing. He gave us an estimate up front and was very willing to work with our schedule, and then held to that. The most remarkable thing about Mark though, is his personality and attention to detail. Finishing work takes a very detail-oriented person, and he had the experience to make that work go quickly. In addition, he was willing to talk us through the process so that we understood what was going on and even learned how to lay a little wall tile ourselves for future projects! He also went above and beyond, helping us to hang a duct hood and make a few decisions about how to hide some ducting. And when we weren't sure about what would look best, he was ready with a recommendation that we were more than happy to take - and every recommendation ended up looking beautiful. As well as putting up the subway tile back splash, he created a surround for the window and some of the doorways that needed new trim. So he's got carpentry skills in addition to the fine detail and finishing work. I couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Mark. He's worth every cent if you want the job done right the first time. His ability to do whatever is needed to finish the job, and do it right, makes him a valuable person to have helping you out."

He was able to match the existing color perfectly as I wanted to retain the color even though the entire home and shop were repainted. "I originally called F/X repairs several months before we actually met but because the closing of the property kept getting delayed in escrow, I kept having to delay getting bids to repair the place for rental. I asked Bob at that time to call me back in two weeks which he did. He was friendly, we got delayed again, he called again and each time he called back exactly when he said he would. Finally, in late November we closed on the property and he came by the next week to give me a bid. He checked out all the things I wanted done, wrote down the repairs needed, looked at what needed painting and wrote everything down. I liked him a lot and was thinking I was likely to use him for the whole project if the bid was in my ballpark between $3500-5000. He told me he'd get me the proposal and bid on Friday (it was Wednesday) and we parted very friendly. Then nothing. Nothing. No call. No email. I waited 10 days, got other bids and went another direction. I was a bid dumbfounded because he had been so friendly. Curiosity finally got the better of me and I gave him a call just to find out what happened. I actually wondered if something bad might have happened. Anyway, he was apologetic, said he had no excuse, and just didn't get it done. Oh well, no harm no foul. I guess I'm glad I didn't hire him and find out later he (they) just wouldn't show up.

"The crew that did the paving work were excellent.  The job required some tricking draining installation as the back yard slopes towards the house.  Work was performed when promised and only took 5 days to remove existing deck and replace with pavers including the wall, bench, and fire pit, and 35 foot path to the stairs leading to the upper deck.  The upper deck work was then performed and its quality exceeded my expectations.  It is probably sturdy enough to park a car on top - before I considered it too dangerous for the grand kids to use.    The work was done when the ground was still wet so they had to bring in some topsoil to repair the yard damage.  They also repaired all of the sprinklers they damaged during construction.  The deck drains just fine and all of the sprinklers work.
While the main work was completed in the estimated 3 weeks time, the electrical installation was delayed due to their electrician moving on.  So final payment was made with some with held to cover that cost.  The electrical work was performed while we were out of town and they did not hook up the low voltage system and one of the low voltage lights was not coming on.  The job supervisor also moved on so after several calls I simply completed this part of the job myself.  The company never asked for full payment and were very compassionate when my mother passed away - sending a nice flower arrangement.  The company is local and uses locally produced pavers of high quality.    While there were some minor completion issues, I would recommend the company without hesitation based on the quality work they performed.  We did not get other bids so I am not able to comment on their pricing, but I could not be more pleased with the work performed.
