"We had a large solar system installed a year ago by a local solar company. After a year the system melted down due to some faulty wiring. It took a month before the system was functional again, but our battery was also taken out in the melt down. We were told it would take a few weeks to get the paperwork through the system to warranty out our battery. After waiting three months we decided to contact Green Ridge Solar to see if they could help with our problem. To say they were life savers is an understatement. They answered the phone immediately, understood the problem and sent out a very experienced electrician in a very timely manner. They were able to warranty out our existing battery and we decided to order an additional battery through their company. The new battery was only half the cost from the first one that was installed by the original company. They were fast, friendly and professional. I would hire them again in a heart beat."

"Excellent job no leaks and an upgraded water heater at no extra charge. Greg was very informative on the process of installing the water heater as I asked a lot of questions which he had patience to answer. Took time to make sure the water heater was installed correctly. I would use his expertise again. Ray"

"They are in the process of sending out an engineer"

"RegenEn Solar just finished our 54 panel installation. Excellent job on our house. The workers were professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up any mess immediately. Only one day delayed for very bad weather. They showed up ready to go when they promised to be here. They did exactly what we wanted and for the price we agreed upon. They walked us through the permit process step by step so we could start on schedule. We appreciated their attention to detail not just with the functionality but the appearance of the installation as well. Excellent job. We are so pleased with our net zero utility bill. Thank you Dan!"

"Matt is a true professional. He diagnosed our problem and replaced the defective outlet. He also installed a new outdoor plug for us. It was a pleasure doing business with Cascade Electric. I have no hesitation recommending this company."

"One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with solar panels and systems. I was impressed from being to end. I have purchased solar panels etc in the past and EVERYTHING seemed like a hassle. It was a relief dealing with dependable people. Micha made sure everything was done properly and quickly. I have recommended him to my brother in law who is interested in adding solar after seeing my system. Outstanding."

"I don't like their remote control. It is difficult to use, and they don't offer all of the feature that I used to get with directv, but I live their price."

"AC/Heat Pump was not running. Bowdy from Ponderosa Heating came out the same day and had our unit back up and running in minutes. He also gave our entire Furnace and AC a courtesy inspection to make sure everything was working properly. If you are in need of fast, friendly and professional help I would definitely recommend Ponderosa and ask for Bowdy if you’re in the central OR area"

"The Tech came out and due to the parts shortage he was not able to replace the front panel so Choice warranty gave me a voucher to replace it. I'm very pleased with their services. All I paid was the service fee."
