Of all the companies we had bid, we really felt like Mike listened to our vision and didn’t feel the need to rearrange it to his preference. He also gave us some great suggestions and recommendations, some which we decided to go ahead with and some not. The price was really reasonable, and we ended up adding the front deck replacement mid-project. Both Mike and Troy were responsive and courteous, and did a great job, as well as the contractors that covered the roofing and paint. A few minor details were missed between what we discussed and what they executed, but nothing major. Overall we were really happy with them, and plan to use them again for additional projects we have in mind. We highly recommend them for your next project!"

Unfortunately, we found that the door was effectively locked shut. We needed to get the car out of the garage the next morning so I called back and talked to Becca about getting someone out sooner. She calmed me down and had Jody come by on his way back from his last assignment. Jody was friendly, professional, and efficient. He replaced the spring, tightened the nuts, lubricated the hinges and rollers, and reconnected the cables. After all that, he cleaned up his work area and left us in a cheerful mood. It was wonderful doing business with them."

Tom was able to fit me into an appointment slot to come out promptly to evaluate my trees and provide a quote. This immediate responsiveness was important to me due to a new roof scheduled to begin soon on my home. Tom’s proposal was extremely concise and clear – itemization tree by tree with precisely the work to be completed on each tree. A total of 16 trees were expertly cared of – one dead tree completed removed, canopies raised on others, dead branches removed on all, a significant amount of pruning completed to give clearance to roof line, and thinning out of one large old growth tree struggling to recover from an old injury.
