The design process is often the toughest part of remodeling a home but my 5 step procedure will ensure you get a high quality lovable and livable design that will make you fall in love with your home! The process: 1. Consultation to dial in your overall remodel goals. 2. I take 3D scans and measurements of your home (or areas that will be remodeled) which will be used to digitally recreate your home for the redesign process. 3. I create 2-3 remodel floorpan blueprints. This allows you to choose from multiple design options and see different ways your space can be used. All floorpans are designed according to current architectural building standards and include all of the measurements needed to start the building process. I will also create high quality 3D renderings so you can get a better idea of what each design will look like. 4. All blueprints are printed on 11x17 paper and delivered to you along with a 3D virtual tour and digital files. During this step, we can also work together to revise the designs as needed. 5. You can now take your floor plan blueprints to a home builder to start the permitting and construction process. About me: I have professional training in both architectural design and interior design. I have personally designed over 900 custom built homes located in Washington, Oregon and California.
