They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"It went amazingly. Mark is a fantastic worker, and he spent weekends driving up and doing a remarkable job of finishing. He gave us an estimate up front and was very willing to work with our schedule, and then held to that. The most remarkable thing about Mark though, is his personality and attention to detail. Finishing work takes a very detail-oriented person, and he had the experience to make that work go quickly. In addition, he was willing to talk us through the process so that we understood what was going on and even learned how to lay a little wall tile ourselves for future projects! He also went above and beyond, helping us to hang a duct hood and make a few decisions about how to hide some ducting. And when we weren't sure about what would look best, he was ready with a recommendation that we were more than happy to take - and every recommendation ended up looking beautiful. He changed the trim color, at my request, which really made a difference in appearance. I also asked about some additional work regarding the siding on the shop and thought his price was very fair. That work was also completed quickly and professionally."
