They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

It took a while to get them out here so the owner of the company discounted the work for me. I thought they were fine. I would use them again. I had to pay for the paint because the deal didn't come with paint. He was wonderful. He explained things to me. He took a hundred dollars off and I was happy. What happened wasn't their fault. I had to call several times before I got a hold of the owner. They were here right on time."
