"Excellent. Steve and Sandy maintained prompt phone and email contact as we settled on the scope of work. Steve visited the house a couple of times to estimate and plan the work, and was always considerate of our schedule and keeping punctual appointments. He was able to save us a lot of money by restoring our rusted out rail, making it work and look like new. We were impressed with his craftsmanship and eager to have him do all of our rails. Our front porch concrete had cracks from settling, but Steve figured out a way to fit the rail where it would be useful to us in spite of the cracks. If a fit or an angle didn't look just right to him, he took it back to his shop for correction. Our rails are rock solid and look great."

We do work on automotive locks and latches. We do not repair other automotive parts. We do electronic lock repair and installing and setup and training. We do door closer installing, replacement and repairs. We do not rebuild door closers. We do replace doors when it is the best answer to a security problem. We are a Mobile RV repair and installation service. Our shop rate is $100 service call and $150 an hour. That sure beats a $500 towing charge or unhooking everything to drive your rig to a far away shop so you can get on the calendar to repair your rig.

  • They can input a lock’s identification code into a database to obtain key-cutting instructions.

  • They can create an impression of the lock cylinder from which to cut a new key. 

Many insurance providers offer policy discounts when adding security features to your home. The best way to find out if new locks will reduce your premium is to simply ask your agent.

It’s possible, but depends on the design of your lock. Some door locks that lack a keyhole do boast a small hole on the exterior handle or knob. This hole’s primary function is to allow water to drain out of the lock, in addition to giving homeowners an easy spot to insert lubrication.
