Very professional got the job done super quickly. Didn't charge me because it was a pretty easy fix. However, I had another garage door company. Come out and tell me that I needed to replace with the whole motor... I wanted a second opinion And i'm glad I did because he fixed it in ten minutes. Thanks guys!

The new door was elegantly installed in under 3 hours. It looks and works great (unlike the one it replaced). At my request, Brad let me remove the old door to save some money. He also gave me the option and some good advice for truing-up the opening for better appearance, then made a second trip to install the seal after I was finished. This is small business, so there might be some delay in getting calls returned, but it is worth the wait.

I was open to when they would show, more as a filler time at my insistence. (It is nice when I do not need to take time off work.) So, they would call on several days if it would work for me to arrive after I arrived home from work (I get off work at 3PM). After a couple days of 'not today', we finally connected. It worked out, things went smooth, and with the son having more experience than the father, it was worth several jokes. They were both easy going and Brad the Son knew his stuff. I would use them again. The quoted price for a service call was cheaper than all others I had called (and seen on Angie's List in my city) ,but the spring was about equal to others in the lower price range. $70 was a fair price for the simple task of reattaching the cable because I was paying for the expertise -- and found it. When I have a broken spring, I will call Brad -- or his dad.

Brad had done work on my old garage door in the past. Called asked for replacement of opener and door. He came by with brochures and measured opening to the garage to provide estimate. Had everything installed and working great. Nice to have a new opener that makes 1/10 the noise as the previous opener. Also, the new garage door actually goes all the way side to side with no gaps. The work was done great with no issues.
