"I called Ed on a Sunday and heard back first thing on Monday morning. He was able to fit me in that Friday, the morning after I had some pretty messy roommates move out. Ed and Karen were really friendly and quick! They were thorough and made my place look newer than when I first bought it a few months ago. I had to work from home that day but never felt like I was in the way, and felt comfortable trusting them in my space if I needed to leave the house. The floors are shining beautifully, and my ugly kitchen floors actually look nice now! The oven is spotless and they even cleaned the space between the oven and cabinetry, which is always a pain for me to get to. I did notice a few dust bunnies still roaming around the living room after they left, and the couch didn't seem to get cleaned underneath or behind. I missed that during our walk through otherwise I would have asked. All in all, exceptional work and they were done in just a couple of hours. Definitely going to be calling them again in the future!"

"Our close friends sold their home and needed a move out cleaning. They had contacted Christine and set a date but they had already left town so I coordinated the cleaning details. Christine and her crew came on the date time they promised. The home had some heavy cleaning issues ie bathroom shower/tub. They cleaned out all of the cabinets in the large home vacuumed, floors, washer dryer, frig and all hard wood floors. I came back when they had completed the job and the house was immaculate. They gave me an itemized stAtement to forward to our friends. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, attention to detail and sense of caring about a job well done. "Trustworthy Cleaning Services does an excellent job. We've been using them close to two years. They've only broken a few things during that time, which anybody who has their housed cleaned on a regular basis, every week or every other week, it's kind of like they're bound to break a glass here or there. You're bound to knock something off. A few things happened, but other than that, they've been top notch, excellent. They do a good, thorough job. I've housekeepers that I've actually had to clean up after, but I've never had to go back and clean with them. There's four ladies that come in and clean. The price is good, for what you get. They also have extra services, like if you want them to come in and clean your oven. They're the only housekeepers I've ever seen who clean the inside of the windows every time they're here.  My wife also uses them at her workplace."

"We called the company three time with no response. On the fourth call we finally reached someone and made the appointment for 2:30 on May 8th. We got a call that morning asking if they could come earlier. That was not a problem because we were ready for them. They were on time and worked for 2 hours. After they left, I walked into the kitchen and there were obvious spots on the floor that were missed. I had to re-mop the floor. I also had to re-mop the hard wood floors. It look like they had walked on the floor while it was still wet. I had to re-mop those floors. They also did a poor job of wiping down the kitchen counters. I would say I spent about 30 minutes going over what they missed. The other work they did was good.
