Morgan plumbing was scheduled to come out on the morning of 7/6/16. They were a no show and didn't answer their phone. Frustrating since we had taken a vacation day for them not to show up.

The job was going pretty well until the end. Beau did have to get some of his business associates to work on the job for him, but they did a good job laying a lot of mosaic and subway tile throughout the bathroom. They had to come back to rework the shower for two reasons. The first was...

Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."
