Hi my name is Isaac and I’m 17 years old in high school, I’m located in the Lawton community and help those in need of mowing a lawn. I’ve been doing lawn work for almost three years and have all the basic equipment to make your lawn look good. My reason for doing this is I want to learn to be responsible and help my parents with bills as well as to raise money for my very own car. When it come to mowing lawns I like to look at is as an art instead of a tiring job because leaving a lawn looking nice and pleasant looking to the eye is what make me feel proud and satisfied.

Here at Eric’s Handyman Service, I specialize in furniture repair and new furniture builds, and that’s already on top of trim work, tile and laminate work, and cabinetry repair. Your home is where you live and if you select me, then I will obsess over fixing your problem until finished with your approval of work performed, or if I can’t accomplish the work I won’t charge you a dime. I have over 20 years of carpentry experience. I have built fixtures for a fast food restaurant chain, and I also have trimmed houses and other related types of work.

"As it turns out, the issue was more serious than a simple adjustment. Eric tried to fix it and then explained what would need to be done. We decided to postpone the project for now. Eric was prompt. He was polite and respectful and explained in detail what would need to be done. It was obvious he has lots of handyman skills! I would hire him again. Also his prices were reasonable."

Sand Rock Delivery questions, answered by experts

On average, expect to pay $2,400 to $6,400 for a 20-by-20-foot concrete patio. That price includes concrete materials, labor rates, sealing, and permits. With more complex designs and premium materials and finishes, the cost may be higher. Get quotes from multiple local patio contractors to get a precise estimate for your area.

Delivery costs include the material, transportation, and any additives needed for specific applications. Costs range by volume and distance.

Prepare by grading and compacting the site, setting up forms for pours, and ensuring access for concrete trucks or pumping equipment.

Permits depend on local regulations concerning street use and public spaces. Check requirements with community authorities to avoid fines or logistical issues.

Concrete contractors typically charge anywhere from $6 to $14 per square foot. Cost factors include job size, site prep, base material, accessibility, your location, concrete finish, and concrete thickness. Removal of existing concrete, asphalt, deck, pavers, and grass will cost anywhere from $1 to $6 per square foot. Homeowners can often save money by removing and disposing of existing pavers, decks, and grass. Breaking up and hauling away concrete and asphalt is difficult and time-consuming without the proper equipment and may be worth having the pros do that work.
