They didn't install in the correct place. Contacted them on March 22nd to fix the gate. They completed it on May 8th. Had to call them back twice because it still didn't work. It still isn't working correctly.

Everything went great. Called Redneck Door. Told Mr. Sanders what the problem was, told me no problem . He then told me he would be there that morning. Wow ,i thought, a business that doesnt want to do it the next day. True to his word , three gentlmen showed up and was in preforned the spring replacement, and was gone in less than 45 minutes. The work preforned was professional and quick. If I ever need them again they will definitely get my business.

Although we thought the 2 car garage door was toast, Redneck Doors performed a miracle and restored the door back to nearly the same condition it was before the problem occurred.   The did this quickly and for only $90.00.  We were impressed big time.

I called the morning of the 9th of June, but no answer. A minute later I was called back by the provider. Due to their schedule they could not make it the same day, but set a time for the next day on the 10th. They called me to confirm our appointment and also offered to call 20 minutes ahead if I was at work. I had taken time off to be home at the time they scheduled. As promised they called in advance and arrived 5 minutes later. After arriving they got right to work. Within an hours time, they had replaced both torsion springs that help the garage door to open, oiled all springs and wheels, and gave me some maintenance tips. I was back in business and was grateful for their prompt service. Would I call and use them again, YES. Could I have done the work myself, yes and have done it in the past but I really don't have the time nor the patience anymore. Glad I called for someone else to do it for a change.

I called this company because my garage door would not open and my car was inside the garage. The owner came out right away and was able to open the garage door so I could get my car out and go to work. He did not charge me for the service but suggested I call him when I was able to get the door replaced. Unfortunately the door cannot be repaired. The owner gave me an estimate at no charge which seemed reasonable. I will definitely use this company when I am ready to have the garage door replaced.

He called before he came to my house and was there when I got there. Very friendly and got the job done and left. I will use them again.

The service was prompt and coordinated directly with my tenant. My tenant is pleased and I'm pleased.

I didn't give A's because I wasn't present or didn't get more detailed feedback from the tenant.

He came out the same day I called. He was there waiting in my driveway by the time I got there (I'd called from work thinking it would be 2-3 days before he'd come out). He was there about 20 minutes and my garage door was fixed.

He showed up at 7am just like he said he would. I t was the owner of the company he is a very nice man. Other companies wanted to charge me twice as much to do what he did.
I would recommend this company if you are having problems with your garage doors.
