Great tile work.  It did take almost twice as long as promised to finish all the tasks but they did a great job for a good price. Ryan is very talented and can do just about anything. I was impressed how he added a granite topped seat to our shower and in the wall shelves.  He even re-did the whole floor of the walk-in shower grading it all himself.  He and his wife make a good team, she is very cheerful and easy to communicate with. They are just a young couple working a few jobs so they were tired and overstretched at times and sometimes visibly frustrated and seemed sluggish.  Overall, they did what they promised not always keeping a 9-5 schedule but they made it work. They also hung some doors for us and did some sheet rock repairs in other parts of our house.

Painting pool room.|Remodel work. The work started out great.. Weren't very time efficient, but since I wasn't paying by the hour it didn't matter too much... As time went on they were taking short cuts and quality was suffering. If we pointed things out, they seemed to get mad at us like we shouldn't care. Very unprofessional and eventually said they were upside down on the project and didn't even finish the job or clean up after themselves.

He did a quote over the phone because I was going to go with another company. I was happy with the price and the three days he said it would take. I told him I had some mud he was welcome to use if it would work for him. Since I work, my neighbor was going to have to let him in to work, and she was free those three days. When he started sanding, he didn't cover any of the furniture, so there was dust on everything. When he started texturing, he finally covered everything. Most of the work looked good when he was done on day 3, but there were several areas where there were lines running through the texture as well asareas where the walls or the ceiling obviously were not flat when he started. When I told him I wasn't happy with those areas and I wanted them redone, we was extremely reluctant and acted like that wasn't part of what we agreed to. It took him another 2 days to fix those spots. He didn't cover anything during the work, so I had plaster all over my furniture and counters, and he wanted to charge me for the time it took for him to fix those areas. I just wanted him to be done with the project so I paid him for the supplies he used to fix his mistakes in addition to the $600 we had originally agreed on.
