CROW'S PAINT & BODY SHOP

I went for the initial estimate and pointed out everything that was wrong with the car. Kevin told me that they would be able to fix it in 7 days.  Made an appointment to drop the car off on July 7th. I called and sent text messages several times thru the process to get an updated status. Finally on July 24th the car was ready for pick up. I was out of town on business so my wife and daughter went to get it. There are several flaws on the front bumper area that were not there when I dropped the car off.

They had to remove the headlights for inspection and on the driver side it peeled paint of in several areas. Kevin told my wife that they were rock chips and they weren't responsible to fix those. Also they replaced the grill, it is very evident that when they pushed it back in to place they scraped the paint on the bumper. Again it was explained that it was a rock chip. The bumper itself was in pretty bad shape before I dropped the car off. I think that it should have been replaced rather than patched up. There are scuff marks in several places that look terrible.

There was a lot of hail damage on the car and they did do a pretty good job repairing that, however there are two small dents on the driver side rear quarter panel that I specifically pointed out to Kevin during the initial inspection and they were not even touched.

I contacted my insurance company and sent them pictures of the flaws. They suggested that I contact Kevin and discuss further action to get the car repaired correctly. I left him a message July 28th around 11:30am and have yet to receive a call back.
