"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"It was a terrible experience. The first day I arrived at the house. They had torn out the wrong floor, costing me morenin materials. From there the mistakes kept occurring. They replaced an exterior door, which I had to pay someone else to re-do. When the door was removed there was nothing below the threshold. It kept flexing and would have fatigued and broke early. In the contract they were supposed to insulate and there was no insulation. The upstairs bathroom was framed at 32 in, though it was supposed to be 42 in. They had to reframe that shower. Mistakes kept happening and I would contact Ra'am everytime. Ra'am stop answering texts, and stopped communicating all together, necessitating me to not let them come back. Ra-am walks through the house initially, but did not take any notes pr write anything down. He did not remember items talked about, and therefore were not in the contract. Master shower he put in the contract, but did not include walls or doors. WTH do I want a shower with no walls or door? Avoid at all costs."

"Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."
