We hired this company to install a sunshade over our driveway and gave them a $3500 deposit in July of 2024. As of November 14, nothing has been done. Ryan, the owner, will not return my texts. Basically, he has stolen my money. I will be taking legal action against him and his company. Do NOT do business with him. He is a thief.

Sales guy was awesome at first, but as soon as I started having issues, blame was put on us right away. Sales guy, Manager, and company took no accountability for anything. I was charged extra because somehow it was my fault that their guy(s) were coming to do the project in a city that wasn't close by them. Come to find out I ended up paying this extra money for one dude that was sick with Covid and possibly has PTSD. Their guy only worked out for two half days of work, but I still was charged all this extra money because he drove out to do the project and didn't complete it. I was told that it is in their best interest to buy a ton of extra lumber so they use and pick out the best pieces, but as we look at the pieces after the project is done they didn't pick out the best pieces to use. I'm pretty sure we were charged for the extra lumber they bought to do this project and they took the extra lumber with them after project was complete. The pergola, went thru a few different people as there were many errors that shouldn't have been made since hubby and I and sales guy drew the plans exactly how the pergola was supposed to be built. My husband and I had to point out the errors that were made and have them come back to correct them. What worries me is that if we said nothing about the errors/mistakes, this company wouldn't have even cared to see this. We were told a few times there shouldn't be any mistakes because their guy(s) would look at the drawing plans. There were other issues like timing, no communication from their guy(s) on anything especially his work schedule, left equipment thrown all over my yard, and absent management...that I brought up to the "Manager". After all the issues, circumstances, situations, stresses, whatever...all of it. I expected we get some compensation/discount off the total price, but all I was told was that they don't have control over extenuating circumstances. WOW. If I would have known this company was like this, I would have NEVER hired them. Thanks for the insult. The manager and I have scheduled a final walk thru since December and each and every time the date/time would come is has been rescheduled. I have yet to hear from this company for a final walk maybe it could be because I told him pieces of the pergola were already falling apart. The price paid for this project was expensive, as this pergola took a few days longer than expected, bad communication as we thought we paid an extra charge for a team to come out rather than one dude that only worked on the project for few hours. Another team came out to complete the project twice because they didn't look at the plans and made mistakes. Got no advice on how to care for the pergola. We actually received all that info from the staining company. For the price we paid, I expected top notch quality and pieces are already falling a part. I have addressed this with the company and I've heard nothing about looking and correcting the issue. And no final walk as of yet. I won't get it, but I still expect a discount or some compensation.

I can assure you that you were not charged extra for anything. You were given a project price on the date of contract signing and that price never changed. Second, we always deliver extra lumber for every project so that the installer doesn't have to stop what he is doing if the lumber is shorted or unusable. Third, I do apologize again that my installer ended up in the hospital for several weeks and was unable to finish the project however, in order to reconcile this, we did send the next available crew to finish up your project. I am sorry that this caused you frustration however, we can not control situations as such and course corrected in the appropriate manner. Fourth, I apologize for any experience of bad communication. We call every customer every day of production to touch base and check to see if they have any questions or concerns. If you would have liked us to communicate differently it would have been great to have had that vocalized. Every customer is given a lifetime warranty and if you are having issues with any of the lumber, we would love to schedule a time to come out and look at it. I genuinely care about every customer and would never want anyone to feel like they had a less-than-amazing experience."

Good job, recommend to clients to be specifics in details about finishing any project Do not assume fine details will be done to your satisfaction unless you point out at time of contract The project was done to meet standard But not above Overall I?m ok with the finished project I do recommend to hire this company Friendly staff specially Robert best cost was about right , yes I can hire them again Thank you to all of you

"I generally do not respond to customer reviews as to not add a biased opinion. However, this customer is leaving a review that is completely unreasonable. On their own accord said that they loved the initial consultation. They expressed this to me, the owner, when I met them on a preliminary site visit. They expressed as well how they loved how timely everything was and how great their experience was. The customer also expressed communication was abundant and that the quality of the work was fantastic. The customer became upset when the deck that was built to plan (which was according to a plan that they signed off on the initial consultation"

Our project began on 7/8/2019 and was completed on 8/7/2019, paid-in full, there were many delays caused by partial work days. Now the porch need to be stained. This was finished on 8/12/2019. Excellent work. The problem that remains is a large screen had to be removed so the wood it was attached to could be stained. We are still trying to get the screen reinstalled by Superior, but we have not much success and many excuses. Superior has our money but the job is unfinished. We have been promised 3 install dates and nobody shows just excuses. I would have thought since we were all paid up, we would have been first to get our project finished. Because of our treatment by Superior I find it hard to give a perfect 5.0. The result was excellent but that was solely due to a few dedicated techs. The work was finished on 4 Sept.

You Be the Judge? Signed contract on June 5th to have shade sail installed over spa. Two days later, owner of company stopped by to take measurements. Said it would take 2/3 weeks for sail to come in and then a couple of days to build enclosure and install sail. Fast forward 60 days. Did not receive text, email or calls from contractor during this period. Hand delivered cancellation letter to business address. Asked that they have owner contact me to explain why they ignored our business...no response! Just reinforced my no-trust and in contractors!

This company has been the best contractors we have worked. The owner of the company contacted us all most every day to check in and make sure we were 100% satisfied form when we signed the contract to the completion and clean up of the site. I will hire them again without hesitation. The work was actually above expectations.

I don't have enough space to even began to communicate my discontent with this company, has been a horrible experience. It started with lawn damage by driving a trailer onto the rain-soaked lawn and then not being truthful about causing the damage. Putting in a deck and pulling the cable from side house and leaving it hanging from the side of the home, driving nails through the roof into my kitchen ceiling, how does someone do that. Told me they would fix my lawn but after over a month have not done so. They pulled items from under my deck into the yard, and just left them there. I'm a disabled military veteran and I am not physically able to move the items back in place. Even at that, I would have expected the company to be proactive in putting everything back in place as originally found. Especially reconnecting my satellite cable to my home. Areas connecting the deck to my roof was not caulked, the flushing was left on the roof and nailed down. Maybe the roofers were supposed to do it. But his crew did their work and never said anything about completing their task. They just left. They did not use metal brackets in load bearing areas where needed. Some of the wood was warped and some floors were not completely straight. Overall not an expert in wood, but a second of wood was used. I'll conclude with my overall discontent with this contractor and I'm extremely sorry for hiring this company. The professionalism was substandard along with the overall workmanship, and the lack of consistent oversight of the project was lacking. So again I can't in good in good conscious recommend this company.
