The planning went well. The job took a little longer than expected. Most all the plans came out very well. I had some objections to some small areas of painting. I enjoyed working with Terri.

Terri and her team were fantastic! I needed help moving into a new home with design, furniture placement/purchases, decor, etc. and she took care of everything in less than a couple of weeks. The process was super easy, I was given options, listened to and communicated with through every step. My home looks incredible and once everything arrived they were able to get everything done in one day! It’s been a huge relief. I’m very grateful for their efficiency and that they were such a joy to work with.

Terri is great! She is knowledgeable, creative, and responsive. She coordinated a crew of painters, cabinet makers, an electrician and had crown molding added throughout our home. She took the time to help me pick out new lighting in my kitchen and guided me on paint colors. She made sure our house was cleaned and we were happy with the final project. She didnâ t shy away from any problems and she always responded promptly. Would recommend and use again.

Terri came up with a design plan for our new home interior decor and we loved it

This was my first time hiring an interior decorator. The experience was not as -easy- as I assumed it would be. Everything turned out pretty good.

I hired them to build a custom china cabinet, remove a door header, install 2 handicap rails and replace a floor tile. I had the materials for everything but the cabinet. We received the cabinet and it wasn't anything like I designed. There was no way to fix it and I rejected it. She took the cabinet and was never seen again! Her carpenter did come back and rebuilt the 6' wall. However, it was not restored it to it's original condition. There's no paint, or wainscot, and there is a 12" piece of trim missing. Because I paid her 1/2 of the job, (about $1800), I asked for $800 back. After all, all they had done so far was labor. She said no, then said she would refund $400. After deliberations, she agreed to $600. Said she was waiting to be paid on another job but the check should be issued on that Friday. It's been over a month and I still don"t have my refund. She doesn't respond to calls or texts to resolve the problems. I would never hire her again! She's not trustworthy and shows very shady business practices.

I was not satisfied with the kitchen work but I accepted it and paid them. When I realized they had not hooked up the bathroom faucet properly or caulked the back splash, I call them three times. They did not return my calls and did not fix the issues!

Terri, and the entire Crew of TLK Interiors are very professional and Top Notch Craftsmen. We did a total Home Makeover, top to bottom, gutted the whole house, knocked out a wall, Terri designed it all, we kinda knew what we wanted, but Terri helped us pick all colors, lighting, and everything else. New kitchen, baths and no more popcorn ceilings. The attention to detail is very important to the whole crew. I can be a very picky person when it comes to detail, but the Crew did an outstanding Job. We have a whole new Home and couldn't be Happier. Thanks Guys and Gals !!

She cannot be trusted. They lied about everything, made excuses and did not return calls. It was all about her. I was over the top patient with this woman, but I finally realized that she did not want to finish my job. In her own service agreement, the planned duration was two weeks. It was supposed to be finished in April and it is now June and I do not have even one closet door. Buyer beware.

HomeAdvisor provided us the name of tlkinteriors. I am a 40 year vet of commercial Const. After my 1st interview I was convinced they were my choice. There price was not my low bid. But it was the best. If you have need for remodel they would provide you the utmost in professionalism.

Terri coordinated all aspects of the remodel that we set in several stages and additions to the overall completion was not a problem for Terri, painters, flooring refinishers, new flooring, and finishing contractor. I definitely would reuse them to complete the house later this year. My daughter also hopes to utilize her expertise for two bathrooms. A real treat to work with a personable and very helpful company.

I felt like I knew Terri the moment she walked in. She was organized, listened to my ideas and offered suggestions. Very professional. When she came back with the estimate, she had a lined item estimate rather than a total for the job. This also showed her expertise in managing the job. Her contractor worked alone and was very diligent and used excellent materials. Balanced my job with others very well. The cabinets were refaced and painted, countertop was removed and replaced with quartz, installed travertine backsplash, built pull outs for each cabinet and the kitchen dinette was repainted. I was very pleased and will highly recommend.

Terri was just like an old friend even after our first meeting. She was courteous, and very respectful. Her presentation of my project was totally professional, and grade A material in respect to my vision of the finished project of improvements. I had never taken on a project like this before, so Terri was super patient with me from start to finish. She basically held my hand walking me through this entire project. The only negative, if there was one, is that the project took a little longer than we wanted, but still finished on the original projected timeline. Terri did an outstanding job quarterbacking this project for me, and staying on top of the project manager and workers for me to get the job complete. Terri was very respectful of my budget for the project, and when it was all said and done, even managed to come in under budget, which was great! I could go on and on about this wonderful lady, and all the things she did to make this a positive experience for me. There really is that much to say about her, and I have had nothing but great reviews from friends and family that have seen the completed work. We all know that there are bad contractors out there, believe me I met some of them. If you are looking for one of the best contractors in this area for your home improvement project, and get the most "bang for your buck", look no further than tlk..Interiors. I know I was lead to find Terri for a reason because she is more than just a contractor, but someone I am now proud to call my friend!

I loved Terri from the moment she walked into my home with a ray of sunshine following her in! Terri has great intuition, creativity, positive energy, professionalism and true enthusiasm for what she does. I absolutely loved her design ideas and we worked together to refine the color scheme throughout my open concept entry, living area, kitchen and dining area, Working with Terri was truly a pleasure from beginning to end... and I can't wait to work with her again!

I had no idea where to begin or what colors I even wanted. Terri took the time to visit not only my home but also visit with me. Through our conversation she was able to create a design that truly represented ME. I recall that when she left my home after we met that first day that I felt all the worries & wondering how I could do this just dissolve. It was a great feeling & I love my new kitchen!

Terri is extremely warm and really had wonderful ideas to solve our decorating problems that we would never have thought of. She was able to mediate decorating decisions between my husband and I. In the end, everyone was happy.
