Derrick double checked everything and update me on his progress before replacing any parts. I have had other HVAC system providers over the years who just replace parts to try and repair but ended up replacing more parts that was not needed to resolve issue. That was not the case with Derrick. Thank you Derrick and Miller Heat and Air. Quote was accepted and the work was scheduled for a week from the date of the quote. They arrived on time and got to work. Despite having to spend all morning jack hammering masonry out of the firebox to get the crumbling gas line, they stuck with it and got the job done that no one else I contacted would touch.
