Was having issues with high electric bill...And had to constantly either adjusting it up or down.. The Service technician was very polite and very thorough and checked everything possible that could have been the problem.. outside the unit was full of leaves, trash, which he explained how needing to clean out would make the air cooler and bring down my bill, he checked inside and the unit needed new filter the one in it was completely full...he even cleaned all around it..he was very explanatory on things when he checked out the unit...I was very pleased and satisfied with the work
