They were honest, straight-forward, worked with me on paint color choices, helped me pick-out new shingle colors and did everything they could to make sure this was a great experience. They met with my insurance adjuster, provided paperwork my mortgage company needed and had the work done quickly and efficiently. WOW they transformed my house! It is beautiful! The shingles are perfect with my brick and the color choices Chris helped me choose made my house pop on the street. I was worried about how the guttering would be placed on my home because some neighbors gutters are not attractive and standout in a bad way. Chris was very helpful in explaining how they would make sure it looked seamless. YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL THE HOUSES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT USED ROCA ROOFING, they all are very beautiful. I know that sounds strange to say, but most of my neighborhood had damage. The houses that used ROCA you recognize right away. They look beautiful! Other roofing companies some of my neighbors used looks blah/plain. I don't know if it is because ROCA has better craftsmanship or they use better quality materials; but I can spot a ROCA roof from the others. GREAT JOB!!! "
"Do make sure you think everything out in the beginning of what you really want to do. Don't change your mind mid way during remodeling, changes can cost more in the long run. Do have a good visual of what you want and make sure you write down and give to Roger in the beginning, keep a copy for yourself. Remember, he is the contractor, not the one living in your house. You need to let him know what you want. Roger has some good suggestions and ideas, but if you don't like his ideas, let him know. He's a nice guy and returns calls back very promptly. Get a completion date and DON'T do remodeling during all the major holidays. We did and it was horrible! We started in mid October and they just finished February 6th. But I love my new dining room, island in kitchen, granite, new hall, utility room and cabinets. I guess i would say it was worth the wait and I would hire Roger Allen again!! "
