"During our spring AC tune-up & inspection (the first time we had AirCo out for our service contract) the AC tech noticed that our doorbell was actually wired into the electrical panel inside our furnace, and there was no transformer anywhere to be found! While the techs were there finishing the AC check-up, I called AirCo to schedule an electrician to come out. We were able to get on the schedule within the week (it had been wrong since 1983, so I felt it wasn't an emergency). As usual, the office called to let us know that our service person was on the way. He arrived well within the window of time we were given, and he quickly identified a good location to re-route the wires and properly install a transformer. There was a tiny glitch with the install, but he got everything sorted quickly and he installed the new lighted doorbell button I purchased, and made sure everything was working as it should. Our electrician was quick, professional, and very courteous and personable. I won't hesitate to call AirCo again!"
