Trees Done Right LLC

I have used Trees Done Right many times. They are very reasonably priced! They are timely, professional, and the crew is very friendly!

Went well and Was a good value. Crew worked hard for flat day rate. They have all the big equipment needed and work smart and with care. They grind stumps and use chirper for logs and branches, leaving the yard clean and looking so much better. I have worked with them several times and will hire again.

My wife called Trees Done Right to get an estimate for some tree trimming. They gave us a printed copy of the estimate. Then called and said "call us back so we can get started tomorrow". Then came and did the work, while we were away from the home, with out ever receiving authorization. Subsequently the owner has been calling us and harassing us for payment, insisting on "meeting up to sort this out" and threatening to sue and put a lean on our property. We NEVER gave written or verbal authorization for the work. This guy is a home repair scam. My wife was in tears asking if he did this because she was a female customer. My guess is he does this alot... then goes into his red-neck rage routine to get people to pay. This guy is a NUT. Do not hire him.

They came and did what I asked. The trees look good. They did not look lost or oddly shaped. In everything, they were fine. I do not have any complaints. The quality of their work is fine. The trees are still alive. They did not shrivel and die and the dead branches went away. They cleaned up after themselves so, that was good. Their responsiveness was pretty good. I have only used them twice, but they came within the week. When Norman has storms, they have a lot of work, but they came pretty reasonably promptly. They showed up when they said they would.
