We needed to replace a special order huge half moon window. It had a to be custom made. Cole came out and made a template. Had Marvin windows custom make it and he installed it perfectly. Many of our products meet Energy Star performance levels and qualify for rebates. Founded by the late Bob G. Pool in 1980, the company has grown steadily over time. Annual sales are now over $30 million. Sales and manufacturing headquarters are in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We have 200 employees, and ship our products throughout the USA. There are company showrooms in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, as well as dealers in nearly every state.
"During a recent cold spell we had ICE form on the inside of the windows. Not just a little frost but solid ICE. When I called Thermal Windows about this issue they replied that they have had several calls during this cold spell with the same issue. They proceeded to tell me this was normal, then listed all the things I could do to reduce the amount of ice on the windows. 1- Remove window coverings ( I do not have any) 2- Reduce the humidity in the house ( currently at 31%). 3- Place a fan at each window to circulate air. These windows were installed by them, on a new construction house a little over a year ago. FROM INSTALLATION TO CUSTOMER THIS IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY IT WAS JUST A FEW YEARS AGO. CAN NOT RECOMMEND!"
