"Doug called within minutes of me requesting a professional. He said he could be there the next morning. Doug call that morning to inform me he was running about 2 hours behind. I appreciated the call. The tech cleaned the fireplace, polite, cleaned the area of his work and fast. Explained the minor problem and showed me how to operate the fireplace. Tech was there about 15 mins. This company but was a bit high in cost that's why I put 4 stars, but overall I would recommend this company."

"It's a pretty decent system, I think. They send you the pieces and you install them yourself, which is pretty easy. The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. Nice, smart customer service people on the other end, very polite and helpful."

"The house was already a chaotic mess because we were having the windows replaced at the same time. They showed up on time and had no issue working around the other installers. They were professional and had great personalities, easy to get along with. The flooring gave them some issues so the job took longer than expected, but they still charged the original quoted price. I would definitely use them again!"

You should clean the ashes from your wood stove at least once a week during the heating season to maintain efficiency and safety. Additionally, it's crucial to have a professional clean the chimney and flue annually to remove creosote buildup, which can pose a fire hazard and affect the stove's performance. Regular cleaning ensures optimal operation and reduces the risk of harmful emissions.
