Gina was very helpful and responsive. She designed mat sheets to custom fit our mats. These sheets are much more user friendly than the traditional pillowcase style. They meet ok state dhs regulations. When a repair was needed she cane to us and repaired the sheet for no cost.

I called to get the icemaker repaired. Bob was punctual, very friendly, and ending up fixing the water dispensor as well, which hadn't worked in years. The price was very reasonable. I will most definitely call this repairman for all my future appliance repair needs.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The experience was good. I didn't know who to chose so when I saw it on the Big Deal, I hoped they could do the repair.

They're really friendly and very helpful and just not trying to sell you. They really want whats best and are willing to take extra steps to ensure that the customer's pleased. They have good hours and are good about calling when repairs are completed. They are willing to do custom designs, too.
